The participant may enlist the assistance of another adventurer to take their life. They must then enter the Flame of Yggdrasil as a soul and reincarnate into another race. Alternatively, the participant may use a Dagger of Reincarnation, which is a powerful artefact, to sacrifice themselves. They then must enter the Flame to reincarnate.
