The act of '''Reincarnation''' allows an adventurer to die and return to life in a different racial form.  Reincarnation may transpire in one of several ways.  The participant may enlist the assistance of another adventurer to take their life.  They must then enter the [[Flame of Yggdrasil]] as a soul and reincarnate into another race.  Alternatively, the participant may use a [[Dagger of Reincarnation]], which is a powerful [[artefacts|artefact]], to sacrifice themselves.  They then must enter the Flame to reincarnate. The [[Gem of Transmutation]] also permits its bearer to reincarnate, although without the inconvenient pain of death.
