Cosmetics and perfumes are fairly popular items with the women (and, more rarely, men) of Sapience. A great variety of these items have been made available to adventurers, beginning with the bottles of perfume sold by the late Martei and ending with the vast stock of facial products and beaded perfumes created by Marianna of Caer Witrin. Mirrors are also a necessity to ensure the proper application of make-up.
