Vorr, a Vertani diplomat of House Cupwr, was an instrumental figure in explaining many facets of Vertani culture to Achaeans. He later was the Vertani delegate to the desert community of el'Jazira, where he began the construction of a much-needed aqueduct to bring water to the oasis, leading to friendship and later alliance with the Vertani Empire.
