I think that's the right interpretation. Otherwise, there are other denizen articles that'll have to be changed accordingly, too, due to discrepancies between where they are located and with whom their loyalties lie (or, in some cases, the lack of said loyalty altogether). --Krypton 00:51, 26 December 2007 (GMT)
