Talk:Agith'maal

I don't think "Master Blue Dark" is a translation of "Agith'maal". Matic Ridley doesn't speak of it as such, and if it were a translation into Achaean, wouldn't the three Tsol'teth Masters have a common element (besides the apostrophe) in their names, since they were all "Master <something> <somethings>"? --Slurpz 12:52, 10 May 2008 (GMT)

I don't think Master was part of the name being referenced. I think Agith'maal means Blue Dark, Matic just called them all Master due to his previous status as their slave. --Corvax 15:43, 10 May 2008 (GMT)
Consider this: "I was dulkurio-ma (Servant Who Thinks) to the Master Blue Dark, who called himself Agith'maal to humans." (from the chapter entitled "Matic Ridley" in the history of the Black Wave). That sounds like a confirmation it's a title and not a translation, as everything that is a translation, Matic speaks of it first in Underrealm, then translates into Achaean in parentheses. It sounds like Matic didn't call Agith'maal "Agith'maal" because "Agith'maal" isn't Underrealm for "Blue Dark". --Slurpz 20:35, 10 May 2008 (GMT)
