In honor of Lady Valnurana:

Sway, sway dear tiny boat
And carry me across this river
For on the other side I know
My mind will finally be delivered

I hear the sounds of hoofs beneath me
The river turned to plain
And stampeding towards me in all their glory
Come shadows, lit by fiery manes

Sway, sway dear tiny boat
And carry me across this river!
For my lids are heavy, weighed by Her;
My eyes but a tiny sliver

I feel the warmth of equine breath
Breathing on my thigh
Rising from the river-plain
And drawing ever neigh

Sway, sway dear tiny boat
And carry me from this river
For the heat of this flame pervades
My body, causing me to shiver

I can smell the sulfur in the air
The musk of gleaming skin
Taut and tight, muscles rigid
Stronger than ten thousand men

Sway, sway dear tiny boat
Let us cross this river!
Touch not the flank or barrel of
This unwanted-vision giver!

Taste! Taste! I can taste it now!
An acrid taste of fear!
The bile rising from the throat
As the creatures draw ever-near

Sway, sway dear tiny boat
Rock me from this river
Loose my lids from their shackles
To cease the nervous quiver

And now I can see the Mares
Who rule the part of Night!
Surrounding me within my boat
Afflicting me with Sight...

Sway, sway dear tiny boat
Rock my soul to sleep
That I might wake to find myself
Within the Dreamrealm deep.

To swim within the paradox
Of enemies and friends
To swim, swim, and find myself
Within Her arms again.
