Their history goes as far back as the Infernal guild of [[Ashtan]]. However, due to political upheavals and failed plots on the part of the Infernals, they were forcibly driven from Ashtan by a mob of denizens and adventurers. Their guildhall at the time, the [[Iron Citadel]], was destroyed and their guild tutor was slain and his head was piked at the former entrance to the hall for all to see.
