Most notorious for the slaying of many a [[newbie]] while rampaging across [[Sapience]] in pursuit of any unlucky victim who happens to catch its eye, it normally stays within its eerie home unnoticed till reckless adventurers enter the crypt in hopes of slaying it. The Beast is believed to have perished along with the villagers when Thera was destroyed by the [[Vertani]].
