The '''Jade Icon''' was once an artefact within the keeping of the [[Obeah Ecstasia]], created by their goddess, [[Valnurana]].  Carved into the image of a veiled woman, the icon held four spirits imprisoned within it: [[Erinyes]] the nightmare of guilt; [[Cur]] the nightmare of fear; [[Dibbuk]], the nightmare of madness; and [[Alp]], the nightmare siren of truth.  The four nightmares had been placed there by the goddess [[Valnurana]] to protect mortals from their untrained power. The icon itself was eventually destroyed to free the spirits in the [[Jade Icon Saga]].
