Plying the canals of [[Targossas]] is the '''Argent Phoenix''', a gilded casino barge which boasts [[blackjack]] tables, roulette, and waiters carrying trays of hors d'oeuvres amongst guests.  

The barge is constantly moving, and so is sometimes difficult to catch. Periodically docking at '''Veil's End''' and '''Greathorn''', the boat gracefully cruises between the isles with smooth efficiency.
