'''Anake''' was one of the seven [[:Category:Offspring|Offspring]] of [[Sinope]] and [[Callisto]]. He murdered his mother after she spurned his amorous advances and was banished from [[Ceylon]] by his angry siblings. Out of these remaining siblings only [[Lysithea]] supported him, for they had always been close, and she went with him into exile and later became his mate.  

64 years after his banishment, Anake was murdered by his now mad father who was in turn killed by his grandchildren [[Rukal]] and [[Lakspura]].
