While on the Chaos Plane, Pazuzu was summoned by the arcane rituals of the [[Tsol'teth]] lords [[Agith'maal]], [[Terrin'ukia]], and [[Gattan'lier]]. Pazuzu has not been seen or heard from since his exile to the Prime Material Plane. However, it is rumoured by some that he lurks yet in this day and age, under an assumed identity. Those who would venture such theories admit that there is probably more to his tale than meets the eye.
In the year 758 AF, [[The Vigil]] in an attempt to gain access to the elemental realms decided to sacrifice themselves in a ritual that expanded upon the four conduits of the Elemental Realm. Unbeknownst to them all it was all in vain as the released energy was used to break Pazuzu out of his crystal prison in [[Kasmirkan]]. When released [[Sh'Fah]] emerged from the [[Crystal Realm]] and sought battle with Pazuzu. The battle was intense but in the end Pazuzu defeated Sh'Fah. A number of adventurers then decided to try and seal Pazuzu away by banging the drums to summon those from the Crystal Plane to come and seize Pazuzu. The adventurers were successful but Pazuzu fled to the Flame of Yggdrasil and sliced it opening the way to World Tree and MultiPlanar realms and fled. [[Sartan]] then vowed to hunt down Pazuzu as he disappeared.
