In 567 AF, with the Siroccian mines, a chamber was discovered which contained a strange iron armband which Thingol dove to catch when a group of Phaestians managed to pry it from the stone wall. Upon touching the artefact there was an explosion leaving not but a char mark in its wake, the camp leader no more.
