In a '''Dictatorship''', a single person takes up absolute power within an organization and appoints a successor. The leader cannot be removed until his or her term is complete. The only exceptions to this rule are if the leader steps down, or if he does not respond to a challenge by his successor. It should also be noted that a leader may not exercise any of his powers until he or she has appointed a successor.
