:::::Hmm, they may still technically be the same tangible entity today, but Shallam as a city and Shallam as an empire have distinct territories in entirely different ages. Shallam (city) is today's Shallam. Shallam (empire) is Shallam pre-Selecular. *shrug*. Up to you all though, of course.
