The leader of a [[Thera|Theran]] cabal both before and throughout the [[Burning Times]], Dion stood alongside [[Ezekial]] as one of the two major contributors behind advancements in [[Occultist|Occultic]] works. His most famous and largest ambition was the [[Eschaton Experiment]], a masterwork he didn't witness come into fruition.
