After the deaths of his wife [[Carina]] and many of his soldiers, Amphites and his men were recalled to Ashtan. He never returned as his [[triremes|trireme]] was wrecked upon the shore of the northern forest [[Rheodad]].

Serving directly under the Polemarch were the hoplites [[Daeon]], [[Eurynestes]], [[Martorius]], [[Pascas]], [[Phidaeon]], and [[Shastaos]]. They are interred within a tomb in Rheodad
