The '''Tribunal''' was created shortly after the [[War of Humanity]] ended. The [[Elder Gods]] [[Miramar]], [[Daedalus]], [[Proteus]], and [[Phaestus]] made up the Tribunal, as well as the [[Aldar]] [[Han-Tolneth]]. Its purpose was to determine an appropriate punishment for the [[Triumvirate (mythos)|Triumvirate]] traitors and [[Pazuzu]], the demon prince who nearly won the War of Humanity for the Triumvirate forces.

Proteus, having loved [[Lorielan]] before she joined the Triumvirate, advised that she be banished to the [[Crystal Realm]], where she would rule over the [[Kx'Khrah]] as their Jade Empress.

Miramar sentenced [[Khalas]] and [[Agatheis]] to an eternal life of loyalty to Proteus. Khalas was imprisoned within a statue that now sits in the village of [[Tomacula]], and Agatheis was transformed into a unicorn, stripped of his almighty intelligence and elemental power.

Han-Tolneth and Daedalus then sentenced [[Han-Silnar]] to a life of servitude to Lorielan in the Crystal Realm.

The Tribunal also decided that Pazuzu would be banished to a newly created [[Chaos Plane]], accompanied by [[Slith|Prince Slith]] and his [[undead]] followers.
