In doing so, he brought much trouble upon himself and [[Sapience]] for years to come, his actions inadvertently leading to the creation of the [[Underground Forest]] in [[Azdun]], the infection of [[Gaia]] with madness (and subsequently, [[Gaia's betrayal]]), and the captivity of [[Demeter]] in the [[Netherworld]].
