Serendipity Wedding Boutique is operated by Anthony from a renovated cottage off Spring Lane in New Thera, its garden and display cases offering the coveted trappings of any successful wedding celebration. Swathes of gauzy drapes, swatches, and coloured paper frame elegant tables of fizzy drink samples and beribboned couches which seem littered with an ever-present scattering of rice and flower petals. Narvus, the caterer also operates from the shop, though his services are notoriously difficult to attain.
