Rixil

Rixil, the spectre, is a Chaos Lord who resides amongst foul smelling pools on the Chaos Plane. A little more than a silhouette, he is barely an echo of a living being. The shadow that is Rixil shifts and fades regularly, as if struggling to maintain his form.
