These beings that destroyed her home
She wondered from whence did they roam?
She could not lie and do nothing,
While their axes on the trees did ring.

Her anger felt deep in her bones,
She hatched a plan to dethrone
What could she do to stop them?
In her heart she did condemn

Her forest gone, a city stood
The great Cyrene from the wood
From the ashes she would appear
Crying for what she had held dear

"Why, oh why," she did pine
"did you destroy what was mine?
You came and conquered with no thought
of the destruction that would be wrought.

Your selfishness has caused this
Your thoughtlessness I can't dismiss
The dormant seed it will awaken
The wrath of Nature on the forsaken."

The land it shook with the fury
Of Nature's origin, the Cataclym the jury
that would judge those who didn't heed
the fury of the goddess who would be freed.

The forest spirits they did gather
at the temple of Gaia to discuss further
These events that were taking place
Nature's fury that would destroy the races.

Through their sorrow they began to chant
They sang a sonorous lament
from this would come forth
a tree that was wrought of their discourse

"They will learn," Propasia thought
"This great lesson will be taught."
She merged with the tree as it grew
From the Great Oak, a stately yew

The Cataclysm wasn't through with her
A bolt of lighting did occur
and emerging from this a Warrioress,
the goddess of Nature's fury, Artemis.
