Poatril

Major Poatril can be found in the Grand Academy Militarsus of Umbrin. In charge of the academy's trainees, he is distinguished by his horned helm and chosen weapons of trident and net. As a major, he reports to the higher ranking colonels. He also keeps an archive of the fortress' sentry logs.
