Perdix

A popular merchant of the Ikesian Galleria in Arcadia, Perdix, the toymaker, can be found within his shop working happily to create toys for the young and young-at-heart. His establishment is called simply the Arcadian Toy Shop. A number of his creations are available for purchase, including dolls, kites, windchimes, and music boxes.
