Owlish plume

An owlish plume (shortname: owlishplume) is a white and brown feather imbued with the sagacity of the avian which it once bore into flight. It conveys a myrrh-like effect wherever it is dropped, allowing for more lessons to be learned at a time. Twenty (20) lessons may be learned at a time while there, compared to only fifteen (15). Or you could just eat myrrh. The magic of the swotting feather influences everyone's learning in that location but does not stack with the effects of myrrh or bisemutum.
