Noyan

Noyan Tokhta serves as chieftain of the Chaghut encampment. He is an elderly man who speaks for the tribe and is generally welcome to outlander adventurers who visit the area. Despite the lines wrinkling his tanned face and the glorious silver moustache growing well below his chin, Noyan is a grim and foreboding man who is as powerful as any young warrior.
