Lycantha, Keeper of the Hounds, is a Chaos Lord who can be found within the Chaos Plane. Upon a street of shadows, Lycantha watches over the chaos hounds with a wary eye. He is part man, part wolf, as his name suggests, and his teeth are razor-sharp.
