Leir, the youthful, lives on Clockwork Isle. Wearing a gaudy combination of baggy purple trousers, an orange scarf, and a black waistcoat, nearly every inch of his skin is concealed. Only a thin band of skin is revealed around is eyes, the exposed flesh constantly flaking and shedding of its own accord.
