Kkrogandr, the Prelate is an ecclesiarch of Brarra, the mighty volcano of the Fire plane. Crowned in fire, the humanoid serpent cultist bears a magmatic polearm which he uses to trace trails of flame in the air as he contemplates the mysteries of Brarra.
