Heralla was the middle-aged housewife of Richard Sochea, a livestock farmer who tended pastures in the village of Petra. Together they had two children, a devilish son named Bender and a well-behaved daughter called Melania. Heralla kept her family's quaint cottage well-tended, spending most of her time in the kitchen area of the one-room residence.
