The Frost miniskill, not to be confused with the elixir of frost, represents the body's ability to resist extreme cold. The higher your skill rank in Frost, the higher your resistance to cold-based attacks, such as attempts to freeze you through a variety of abilities, will be.
The benefits of Frost are enhanced when combined with the effects of a cold resistance ring.
