The obsidian Azatlani sacrificial knives are single use but allow one to martyr oneself with a custom message. Killing oneself in this way has lowered experience loss compared with the Survival heartstop ability. The user will gasp out their last words as the knife slits their own throat, audible to anyone in the world sensitive to Deathsight.
