Class Summary

Paladins are the holy knights of Achaea. They are a predominantly melee class, with access to bows for line of sight attacks.

Skills

Chivalry - slash slash slash.

Devotion - pray pray pray.

Forging - clink clink clink.

Recommended Learning Order

  • Learn Chivalry until Transcendent because your accuracy with doubleslash correlates directly with your skill in it.

Stats

As a Paladin, the most beneficial stat to you is Strength, followed by Constitution. Strength affects the damage of many of your skills in Chivalry, most notable doubleslash and disembowel. With access to skills such as Devotion Hands, Paladins do not need as much Constitution as other classes with weaker defensive abilities.

Traits

The following traits are often considered desirable for Paladins:

  • Nimble - Most of the attacks in Chivalry use balance, and Paladin offense centers around quick limb breaks. This trait is a must have for any aspiring Paladin combatant.

Paladin Equipment

With the ability to dual wield, the equipment a Paladin uses greatly influences the strategies they employ in combat. See Combat:Knight.

Basic Combat Strategy

See Combat:Knight.
