Tattoos are mystical symbols and images developed by the ancient Tsol'aa race. Through use of the skill with the same name, dry ink is gathered and applied to the surface area of the intended recipient, bonding to skin, fur, scales, or carapace with equal ease. Then, depending on the skill level of the inker and the ability that has been chosen by the recipient, once successfully inked the tattoo will provide a variety of defences. One who is transcendant in this skill has the ability to superscribe, allowing two tattoos to be inked per body part.
