Located within the Shamtota Hills, the Amalayan Winery allows visitors to create their own wine. A vineyard is located not far from the estate, yielding up both red and green grapes for the wine. This white building houses a beautiful garden with unique flowers that add flavor to any concoction. With pink and orange orchids, lilies, and amaryllis flowers, you will not have any problems coming up with a recipe suitable to your taste. Bakios, the winemaster of Amalaya, resides within the juicing room, awaiting visitors. Located next door, in the winery’s machine room, a wooden spice rack holds various spices for your wine. These spices include cinnamon, vanilla, lemon, honeycomb, almonds, and nutmeg. With a dining room that offers a view over the surrounding valley, the Amalayan Winery is a magnificent place to dine at. Oinodes, the bread merchant, sells a few wares in this same dining room:

An eagle-shaped cracker - 390 gp
A crispy cracker molded into the shape of an eagle.
A golden heel of crusty bread - 30 gp

A lovely orchard can be found close by the winery, with fruit aplenty. The fruit from this orchard can be picked and used in your own personal recipe. Choose from a selection of apples, plums, cherries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, oranges, lemons, and peaches.
