Tickler

A tall, beefy man, Tickler, the tavernkeeper is the well-mannered, red-haired owner of the only establishment in the Rhodestrian Settlement, Tickler's Tavern. He has a motley handful of strange regulars who make their home at his bar. Tickler is best known for his rabbit stew but he is always running out of ingredients.
