A jagged claw resembles the corrupted talons adorning the hands of Glaaki. Pointing it at a mutual ally binds them to its bearer in their quest for dominion (for ten minutes). All of their enemies become the bearer's (in addition to their personal enemies), although the only personal ally they may have during this time is the one bound to. This talisman is related to the plane of Chaos.
