The Horseshoe Inn, located in Petra, once owed its popularity in part to its waitress, Anitha. While she was not particularly skilled at the art of waitressing, the clients were quite fond of her because of her looks. The Inn was run by Mathyew before the tragedy which claimed the lives of the village population.

Decades later saw the inn fall into disrepair and claimed by squatters. It was not until the arrival of a visionary young man, a vagrant some called the Superintendent, that renovations to the ramshackle building began, bringing new life and new wares.

Wares

Mead (flagon) - 40gp
This thick-sided pewter flagon is mottled silver throughout its exterior, while the interior is dull and outfitted with a glass bottom and sides. The handle of the heavy mug is thick, its curve warped by prolonged exposure to the heat of a hand clenched around it.
Mulled cider (flagon) - 40gp
This thick-sided pewter flagon is mottled silver throughout its exterior, while the interior is dull and outfitted with a glass bottom and sides. The handle of the heavy mug is thick, its curve warped by prolonged exposure to the heat of a hand clenched around it.
Crusty bread roll - 35gp
This hand-sized, oblong roll of warm bread is covered on the outside with a crust of soft golden-brown. Baked evenly on all sides to ensure the greatest freshness and flavour, the bread exudes a mouthwatering aroma.
Braided raisin loaf - 35gp
Sweetened with sugar and cinnamon, three lengths of fluffy wheat dough were rolled in raisins, braided, proved, and then baked until perfectly risen. The result is a fragrantly toothsome, small loaf; the bread is soft and bears a crisp but light crust of a beautifully golden hue.
Chunk of cheddar cheese - 30gp
Yellow and hard, this chunk of cheese looks only semi-appetising. Its crumbly character indicates that it is probably a bit too dried-out for this type of cheese.
