Cloak of the Blood Maiden

The cloak of the Blood Maiden is a perfect replica of the cloak of the storied Quisalis Assassin, Isiva. The cloak of the Blood Maiden not only functions as a Shadowcloak, but also drinks in the blood of vanquished foes. Once it has drunk in enough blood (5 deaths, adventurer kills are worth double) the cloak will allow the owner to activate bloodshield, providing a shield that will block the next attack against him or her. The cloak's thirst for blood must be sated: failing to make a kill within three minutes will cause the blood reserves to deplete.
