Zsarachnor's Feast

Silent hoof beats, soft torchlight
Reveal a traveller in the night
Weary and tired of his quest
He seeks a place to eat and rest

Come traveller! Rest and feed, share a table with the Beast!
Come traveller! Rest and feed, you're invited to Zsarachnor's feast!

Gleaming armour, glittering swords
A hero's path through ancient courts
Murky tunnels he ventures brave
The darkness hides an empty grave

Come hero! Rest and feed, share a table with the Beast!
Come hero! Rest and feed, you're invited to Zsarachnor's feast!

The wooden thudding of a staff
Mark a wizard on his path
Searching for an ancient myth
the Undead general of Lord Slith

Come wizard! Rest and feed, share a table with the Beast! Come wizard! Rest and feed, you're invited to Zsarachnor's feast!

The last to join the late-night meal A sneaking thief meaning to steal A twist of fate, caught by surprise He meets the gaze of glowing eyes

Come thief! Rest and feed, share a table with the Beast!
Come thief! Rest and feed, you're invited to Zsarachnor's feast!

And thus gathered at his table
His guests they find themselves unable
To resist the wine and spicy roast
And await to coming of their host

Come Zsarachnor! Rest and feed, share a table with the Beast!
Come Zsarachnor Rest and feed, you're invited to Zsarachnor's feast!

There he is, Lord of Vampires, cloaked in black
He greets his guests, bloodlust disguised with care
Each one gasps at the sudden sharp pain in the neck

So when you're tired seek Him out if you dare
Venture onwards, through dark tunnels don't go back
A barren hilltop with an empty grave marks His lair
