Oh, we'll head to the Ram's Horn

For a round of Blue Dragons.

We'll toast the musicians

With our mugs and our flagons.

Then through the bead curtain

And to the back room:

An elegant lounge

With its sultry perfume,

Where we'll bang on the tables,

Throw back some more ale,

Toss sovereigns to Shadya

Till she drops her last veil.

We'll drink Lance's lager;

We'll leer and we'll shout

Until he throws us out!

And when he does...

We'll stagger our way

To the Dancing Boar Inn,

Lay bets on blackjack,

Give the roulette a spin,

Head up to the taproom,

And sprawl on the chairs.

We'll smoke our cigars,

Blow rings in the air.

Oh, the wine flows like water

And when she brings drinks,

We'll brawl over which of us

Got the serving girl's winks.

We'll leap to the lanterns

And swing 'em about

Until they throw us out!

And when they do...

We'll reel to the Brewery

Off Ruminic Street:

An awning above

And tiles at our feet.

We'll dance on the tables;

We'll sing out of key,

But no one will mind

After an absinthe or three.

No palmists for fortunes;

We use cookies instead:

"Cheese is the path

To riches." "In bed!"

And when Darmong appears

With his axioms to spout

He never throws us out!
