A strange, ever-flowing substance of vermillion hue forms the Icon of the Wheel of Chaos, Icon of the House of Occultists. The ropey, ever-shifting substance, neither entirely liquid nor entirely solid, flows incessantly in a great circle floating in mid-air, spinning upon itself over and over again. Multicoloured sparks are given off from the Wheel as it spins. Within the Wheel are shimmering spokes that rearrange themselves at seemingly random, connecting the shifting outer rim to the hub. The hub itself appears as a brilliant, smouldering flame. | |||
