Welhan

Welhan, the village elder, lives among the rat-like Nilari people of Mount Gheladan. Like other members of his race, he wears leather sandals and loose-fitting clothing. Welhan, who enjoys making candles in his spare time, uses a gnarled oak cane to support his hunched form.
