Warmth is less a precise measurement of how much protection from weather one has so much as it us a measure of personal comfort. Clothing (not armour) can protect from the cold, depending on how heavy it is. Probing an individual article of clothing can give an indication of how well it protects. Typically, the more clothing worn, the warmer one will be. Heavier garb is needed in harsh climes while less clothing is appropriate in hotter environments such as deserts. Clothing warmth has no effect on combat or speed of movement.
