Vera Shackles is a particularly tipsy guest at Maim's perpetual mansion party just outside New Thera. Despite joining fellow partier Lindsey Coolsey in taking callous jabs at the other guests, especially poor Agnes Mooch, she speaks highly of the party's chic hostess.
