The Tower of the Moon and Stars is situated in Hashan off Ereptor Street in the southeastern portion of the city. Lapis-lazuli tiles, white marble, and jewels affixed to the walls and ceiling of the building make this soaring tower rich and opulent. Home of the lunar mystic and an ancient telescope, it stands high above the moonlit dais and other adjacent rooms honouring the city's current Matron, Ourania, within the Dome of the Triad.
