A Tippler's Tap would the perfect workaday tool for a bartender, or a habitual drunkard, except that it is instead used for expanding a personal rift. Cast in black silver and wrought with a tri-spoked handle, the fluted spout expands a liquid rift to two-times capacity. More powerful variants include the Sot's spigot and Phaestean Faucet.
