Teneb is a lich servant to Twilight, God of Darkness. He resides in the Obelisk of Darkness somewhere in the Mhojave Desert where he continues his research in Planar Travel. He corresponds regularly with his fellow Darkwalker, Sharbrena in the form of notes but seems careless in keeping them safe as they are blown about Sapience, exposing their plans to the world.
