I'm really not sure where it would fall under. The first festival did have a great deal to do with the opening of the Dome of the Triad, but then it was also a recurring Festival for many years (although its not celebrated anymore obviously). | |||

Wouldn't the serenade also belong within a recurring event category (unless we were only going to write about specific festivities of some sort) I don't believe there is a page in existence for the serenade yet either (?). | |||

I've already asked Finchy to write me up something about Cyrene's Blufest (I think that's what they call it) and so you're welcome to begin adding other recurring events.
